SunPath IT grew from a repeated pattern I encountered while working with small organizations. People often had good intentions, useful services, and meaningful goals, but they did not always have the technical knowledge or support needed to manage the systems behind their work.

What first appeared to be a website or search problem was often connected to something larger. Accounts, access, networks, hosting, security, documentation, backups, and other systems also needed attention. That naturally led me from technical SEO into broader IT consulting and support.
From Technical SEO to IT Consulting
My work began with technical SEO, website infrastructure, WordPress, hosting, DNS, Cloudflare, site performance, and search visibility. While helping organizations improve their websites, I began seeing the same underlying problems repeatedly.
A website issue was not always limited to the website. The surrounding technology environment could include poorly managed accounts, undocumented systems, weak access controls, unreliable networks, outdated software, or unclear ownership of important services. SunPath IT developed as a practical response to those broader needs.

The SunPath Approach
My approach begins with understanding what is already in place. Before recommending new tools, software, or services, I work to identify the current environment, the immediate concern, and the outcome that would be most helpful.
The process follows a simple principle: stabilize, secure, and build. I first help clarify and stabilize what is unreliable or poorly understood. I then identify security and access concerns. After that, I help plan or implement improvements on a stronger foundation.
Who SunPath IT Serves
SunPath IT primarily serves small businesses and independent professionals that need practical technical guidance but may not have a dedicated internal IT department.
Many of these organizations know that something is not working as well as it should, but they may not know how to describe the problem technically. My role is to help make the situation understandable, identify realistic priorities, and determine an appropriate next step.

What Clients Can Expect
I want the process of asking for technical help to feel straightforward and low pressure. Clients can expect polite communication, clear explanations, and an effort to make technical information easier to understand.
I organize recommendations by priority so clients can see what needs attention now, what can wait, and what may require additional planning or another specialist. The goal is not to create unnecessary complexity. The goal is to provide clarity, reduce friction, and help the organization move forward with greater confidence.
